Sparrowed that is a toothpick and ear wax spoon used by nobility. The fanciest q tip in the world! The spoon on the end gave it away,  Charles found it,  I started searching snuff spoons and pipe tools, not sure how Charles actually found it, but he did. You can buy a sterling silver reproduction for about $62.00  but I know that several Jack suppliers are already starting the work to produce them!

Oh cool, looks like the one above is in JAMESTOWN.. here's what they say about it

Seen Bilge Rat's great find for the skull ring, but it does actually look like it's tied on rather than a full ring (apologies if this has been raised before...playing catch up!)

Found the key, had to buy 20 of them
 Head is the same,
 Bit is cut on the keys I found , looks uncut on the screen used key, which could easily be filled back in and painted.

Yes, but a lot of African Art and ornate metal castings are all based on  phallic symbols and fetishes and fertility charms
Look at Jack's chicken foot for example, It is a fertility charm
