Johnny Depp injured his hand on location and flew back to the US to have hand surgery done! I heard rumor that he is being flown to LA.

It's getting crazy down in Australia where they are filming. Man dressed as Pirate threatens security guard with knife.  Some thought he was an extra on set!
So which one of you was it? Someone must be able to name fingers and point names!

I am currently on the Gold Coast and it is raining   Found the ships yesterday, they only block off the road next to them when they are filming, otherwise you drive right past.



Today we will be looking for the town set as we are staying five nights close to that location.

You get much closer to the ships on the ground and if the road is open you can just drive past.  It is the village that is harder to see and I love to see aerial pictures of as it has changed since the last pictures were published.

This past weekend we had a con in Melbourne.  Kevin McNally and Marty were among the guests.  While they were not at liberty to discuss the current movie, we were able to find out a couple of things.  One is that Jack's costume is exactly the same as OST and that we will be seeing Angelica again.

THE Pirates of the Caribbean set has been left high and dry again as star Johnny Depp is missing in action.

The actor, who anchors the $250 million production, failed to board his scheduled private charter flight from Los Angeles — and has now been missing for a week.

He was due to fly back to Brisbane last Monday so he could return to work on the Gold Coast set of Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales when principal photography resumes today.

However, a senior production source said Depp was still in the US.

“Everyone’s hoping they have managed to get him on another flight,” the source said.
