The marked distance is approx 2 inches, so you'll have to work up from that. Hopefully this is something to go on!

Loaded image into photoshop. enlarged it so your thumb was actually 2 inches in the monitor,and then measured with a ruler, looks like its about 21 inches give or take a bit! Now I have something to work with proportion wise, Thanks!
