Sara Fay rocks - email her on the DL though "under the radar" and ask her if she could still make one. I know she can't "advertise" that she makes Jack Sparrow costumes, but it won't hurt to ask if she could make an "inspired" waistcoat that just happens to be 100% a accurate.

Interesting, it still says on her website she does film replica costumes including Jack Sparrow on her site. Guess she hasn't changed that yet?

she can make you a "period replica" of 18th century pirate items AKA: JS waistcoats, shirts, pants, coats. Just ask for the period replica of whatever.

Yes, Sara will still do you an "accurate period" pirate stuff - shirts, waistcoats and breeches I think. Although I think her talents are actually being utilised by TV and film now so she's got much less time to fit all this stuff in. I believe she's currently cutting costumes on Downton Abbey.
