From what I've seen so far from Empire/Sithworld is that the fabric he's offering is NOT the same stuff as the screen used stuff. Again the key thing to look at is the second part of the pattern, which is less densely woven on the actual waistcoat. The fabricguru stuff used by ACME and the like doesn't use the same method of replicating this and the Empire one doesn't seem to show any difference to the weaving pattern from the main weave from the pictures I've seen so far.

I suspect his source is Scott Maul Williams over at SM Pillowfort, who's restricted purchases of his fabric to waistcoats only. The machine stitch looks very similar to closeups i've seen of Scott's fabric. I could of course be completely wrong, but time will tell, lol.
