update, new costume. I saw it today , and my thought was... " W T F "!... to be honest how a big thing like Madame Tussaud ,can call this a replica.

It's not that bad head-on... the vest is a decent substitute. I've never really been impressed with any wax museums. I can see that the people who make the figures have talent, and I can never figure out why 1/100 statues in there are really, REALLY good and the rest look like rush jobs.

But it looks like he has a piece of poop hanging beside his face.

I was actually expecting to see much worse. That really is not that bad.

That is actually the best likeness of Johnny I've ever seen, however, and I'd love to have one for my mannequin when I get that far.

We saw the LA version of Jack and everything looked good including his waistcoat. The only problem was he was out in the sun for awhile and his FID started getting a little limp!!!

Actually, I don't think it looks all that bad either, honestly. Perfect it aint, but it's still not nearly as bad as I might've expected. At least they made an attempt.

And I think that's a JAT baldric actually... Could it be?

Oh yeah, and definitely Costumebase belts, which admitedly is kinda' sad.

At least they got Johnny's face pretty good. Unfortunately 99% of people won't even see the costume faults. They'll see... "OMG IT'S JOHNNY DEPP!" and freak out.
