Hey guys, just been looking for the DMTNT costume breakdown, been on the rpf and http://www.jacksparrowcostuming.com/dmtnt.htm as well but just wondering if there was another place I could be looking for more info?

those are fan art photoshops - the top one? It looks like they put a sword in one hand and forgot to "erase" the sword hilt on the other side

It's called a plug bayonet  They were jammed into the barrel of a musket

And Jack is definitely wearing it in the new movie

Finished my Plug Bayonet,  I was in the process of building one, and was looking for parts on ebay when i stumbled across one that was listed  wrongly as a Victorian Dagger.
Only had a few modifications to make, Dulled the blade and rounded the edges and then redid the plug. Took it from a white bone to a wood tone, then black over the top and scuffed in a few spots to let the "wood" show thru. Then had the task of dying the green leather sheath to a nice black.  Not SA but close enough for a start until we get better images of the real one.

Struggling to locate exactly where the Buffalo Tooth and red charm (one with the big silver 'tube') actually sit in the costume..... Any help gratefully received.
