Hate to say this mate but I do believe those are just strips of the Ikea curtains. I could be wrong but mine are in storage so I can't get them out quick enough to compare. The close up photos of the material in the Etsy store look very close to the curtain material.

Have to agree with the good Pirate Lord.  However, check places like ebay and amazon for french ticking fabric; there is usually some close examples that can be bought at reasonable price. Remembering such fabric is usually twice as wide as the sash requirement, cut in half and stitch end to end = double your length for half the price!  (that actually sounds a bit suspect!   )

Very well may be the same pattern but she said she gets it in rolls and can go longer than 120" so I doubt she's using actual IKEA curtains.
