The picture was taken in Melbourne Australia, so that should narrow it down our more antipodean brethren...

If this Jack is Australian, perhaps he's the guy in the picture being chased by all the Disney princesses?

Also, Mojo, do you think we should maybe turn this thread into a dedicated "Name That Jack" thread? Might be helpful to have one so people can try to identify Jacks they may have seen or seen pictures of.

admittedly, it was the clue that he was from Australia that reminded me. Smile

Just throwing this out there, met a Jack in Vegas ( one of the better few ) and talked to him about his Acme vest ( random: i asked him if he bought it or bought the kit and built it, he looked slightly angered by this because he was told there would not be kits so he 'had' to pay $375. i think he felt like he had a run in with a real pirate when I told him he did indeed sell kits for less! i'm very sure this was just a matter of timing, but his reaction was too funny. Then he asked how I knew all this stuff, and if I was a Jack too...WUT. I looked up at travis who was beside me and pointed and laughed and said i don't but he does, then they proceeded to talk about real beards vs fake beards before he ran off to try to swindle more change from tourists )... but he didn't know what I was talking about when I mentioned this forum or even kttc... so... don't bother trying to find those guys among us. Laughing

Heh, I love encounters like that. Totally random and strange, but cool to find a fellow obsess-ee, even if they're not on any of the boards for some strange reason.

And actually, I've gotta say Mojo, I think they did a pretty good job on that kid's costume. Not perhaps on the level of some of our more obsessed forum members (wonder who that could be??? Mickey

), but for someone who isn't on the boards... and is also a 7 year old... heh, not bad!

Well we know he's from Alaska, or at least in Alaska at the time of the photo. We also know he's sporting the end of AWE look with the new Po8.

Anyone on TBC from Alaska that we know of?
