Rope / twisted braid video tutorial

Hey guys. I don't recall any tutorial of this sort being posted (my apologies if it already had!).

I found this video on YouTube the other day while trying to look for a good tutorial on how to make a rope braid without the use of any tools.

It's super simple to do and doesn't unravel when you let go.
