Who really inspired the Jack Sparrow look?

Were all aware that JD said he got his inspiration from Kieth Richards and pepe Le pew! but really who did he base the charactor on? I believe he is not being completely honest with us! Bloody pirate! Take a look at some old Adam and the Ants videos on utube and ask your self, now where did he really get his ideas from?

Oh yeah, I'd say it's pretty clear Adam Ant inspired some of Jack's look. Even the "x" on the cheek originated with him, I believe. Johnny has always said that Jack is a "rock star pirate," so why does that have to mean the only rock star who inspired him was Keith Richards?
