Technically you have to do both, although when I get the buckles in stock I might *if* I'm feeling generous give one away on the forums to encourage the spirit of, well "take what you can, give something back". :-)

Anyway, when I have them in stock, I hope that costs permit me to make them much cheaper than the alternatives so it won't cost an arm and a leg to upgrade.
