Unusual Looking Caboots

I found these listed on EBay, and I have to say I have never seen this style of Caboots.
   These boots show 2 seams on the bell at both sides. All the caboots I have ever seen ( custom and stock) have only one seam on the back of the bell.
These boots also appear to have the toe and shaft all created from 1 piece of leather.  There is no " Trim Piece" that comes up from the toe to the front of the ankle.
  Strange, I wonder if they are pre Pirates of the Caribbean.
