Boot Modification Empty Boot Modification

So, I have a pair of tall suede boots that I am using for my Jack Sparrow costume (they are only temporary though, hopefully upgrading to Caboots after the event that I need them for), and I need to create the cuff/bell to add onto them. But I really cannot figure out what shape I should cut out of the leather. Does anyone have a drawn out pattern for the bell and shaft of the boot?
Any help would be great! Thanks!
