The On Stranger Tides Script
For those of you who have the script and have read it... some thoughts?
Is the "stolen" stolen ring bit in there? I can't find any mention....
EDIT: Oh wait, it's on page 51? During the dance on deck? But that's weird, he is already missing the ring in the "hay bailer hook" scene which takes place earlier in the film. Plus the way he describes stealing the ring.. isn't true. They must have removed the scene for consistency sake.

Re: The On Stranger Tides Script
Can not remember if this was in the film, but in the script
Angelica says "A desperate disease...."
and Jack replies, "....requires a dangerous remedy."
That is a supposed quote of Guy Fawkes

Nope, that wasn't in the film.
Angelica has the stolen ring on when they're rolling on deck after the 'tango'.

Re: The On Stranger Tides Script
In it Angelica trades the ring Jack gave her to Tia Dalma (supposedly)
and Jack steals it back, and confronts her about it.

Re: The On Stranger Tides Script
I really REALLY wish they kept that in instead of mentioning the lace which the normal movie-goer has probably never noticed or cared about.

Re: The On Stranger Tides Script
I actually rather liked the reference to the lace, just for the costumer in me, but I wish they'd kept the bit about the ring as well.
Re: The On Stranger Tides Script
The ring is the most fustrating part for me. I know this is a stand alone but why couldn't they tie it back. They showed the map.
Thanks!

Re: The On Stranger Tides Script
well we all thought that the map would play a larger role... and it's burned in the first 10 min of the film?

Thanks for providing the link to the PDF script. It's nice to know what some of the lines were because I didn't catch them the first time
