actually Johnny was filming an interview in costume - and there was no line for the ride - riders were told "we're filming" and the ride may not move for long stretches of time

So only a select few people got on - that's why there is not a lot of footage out there

So the line only moved, when filming took a break, or when the ride started to go "101" (code for a down ride at Disneyland) and they "had" to advance the ride so that the automation system didn't break down.
