Almost finished with my new flintlock.  All wood with metal parts.  I ended up using the Kentucky flintlock as my base and part from MuzzleBuildersSupply.com for the parts.  Their stuff was inexpensive compared to York and they got to me within days.  I didn't have to fill out a form.   I still have some dremeling to do and the thumbplate to add but it's almost done.
