Space City Con 2014

Went to Space City Con 2014 in Galveston.  New wig I made in place, new hat from Forgotten seas.  Got lots of exposure and compliments. I appeared on the Fox 26 local news broadcast, and in a couple of online articles on Chron.com (our local paper for Houston).  Lots of folks said "Great Captain Jack! Have you met Chris Smith, his is AWESOME!".  In your shadow Chris, but happy as hell to make people smile =)

Compass from Forgotten Seas ordered, unknown delivery (told them no rush).  Still would like to get a new waistcoat other than my homemade one, a baldric with the paisley pattern, better breeches and the caboots.  Ah well, always a work in progress!  I was testing out the Ve Neil's makeup, and it works VERY well.

The Jack in the last picture is my friend Jason, who's getting started on his Jack and doing an awesome job so far. 'Ee's a right stand-up pirate 'e is!!!
