Who coined the term "Zombie Finger?"

So I was pondering (as I do) who was it that coined the term the "Zombie Finger?" Scrolling back through the dusty archives I believe I found the answer.

This may be a wee bit off the wall.. but this bit right here:

Almost looks like... a dried up fingertip.. with a sort of silver fingernail.

Is he wearing someone's jewel encrusted zombie finger? :shock:I kinda hope I'm wrong on this one.

I stated that I cast mine from an actual faux bone finger from a bone skeleton that I have.....!




But dammit I wish I could reattach my finger......................................phantom pains too!

Personally, I never knew if "Zombie Finger" was taken as official or something made by fans...or, rather, costumers who were trying to get the look. I'd think the name doesn't suit well as Jack had the trinket long before he dealt with Blackbeard's zombies - kinda seems redundant if you ask me. Nevertheless, it also seem suiting. Decisions, decisions...
