Thanks, HIGH5. I got them! Apart from all the reference pics and the discussion in the CJS impersonator community, does anyone know if anyone ACTUALLY knows all the fine, nit-picky details of the wig construction? I have a new 100% human hair COTBP wig project in the works, but I need all the fine details about the hair, dreads, braids, and ponytails such as:

1. The actual number of dreads in a wig (COTBP version for this project)
2. How many dreads on each side/back and their exact placement
3. The length of each dread (These, of course, would have to be sized specifically to the impersonator wearing the wig. But does anyone know the lengths on Johnny's wig so we can adjust our lengths proportionally?)

Is this kind of OCD info out there somewhere in the CJS community, or is all the knowledge we have mostly speculation and best guesses? I have scoured the Jack Sparrow Costuming Wiki and it is full of awesome information for constructing your own wig, but the tutorial doesn't cover some of the points I laid out above.

I think in terms of length, you're gonna have to just study as many screenshots as you can and figure out where each dreadlock falls on Johnny and then somehow just translate that over to the length it should be on your personal wig. I think even if you were given the exact measurements of every dreadlock in his wig, if you were to adjust proportionately, you would have to have measurements of Depp's proportions, compare those to the length of the dreadlocks, and then do math to figure out proper length for yours. Just seems like a lot more trouble than it should be to me (well and I also just avoid doing math when I can lol). But actual number of dreads and placement seem like that would be information someone on here must have.

NOTE:
The second charm I was shipped is slightly different. A different denomination was used as well as different inaccurate accents that are where the "flower" accents should be. Quality item but as you well know, not SA... yet another one of those close-enough pieces.
