I had been using one of these for my costume :
3d printing a pommel OOM98qC

wrapped the sheath in leather and its been quite serviceable. But that pommel has been bugging me.
One 3d print later:

I'll give it some paint tonight, and maybe post a picture. I haven't yet uploaded the model as I did with my bead.
