Best AWE wig??
Ive read different things about wigs, and I've seen wool, and synthetic, and human hair wigs, I want to know what is the BEST wig and who makes it?
I want it to be as SA as possible.

Re: Best AWE wig??
Best wig to get is human hair with human hair dreads but be prepared to pay upwards of $600.00 for such a beautiful item!!!
Human hair is lightweight so no brain hemorrhaging due to the weight!
If you are a DIY Jack human hair will cost you alot of money and is very time consuming to make the dreads. Alot of backcombing and tangling.
Synthetic dreads such as Kanekalon is the best with a human hair wig. Personally (IMO), I stay away from wool because it just doesn't look like hair when you get the dreads made.

Wool dreads are difficult to make into convincing dreads, but it is possible.
I fashioned my own human hair wig with wool dreads, and I do get asked how long I've had them by folks with dreads. I used a lot of aerosol based color on them, though.

Cristian did a run of a few DMC/AWE wigs (there are subtle changes between the two I believe). He had access to a screen used one so it's as close as you'll get.
Dreads
I use Afro Kinky hair and a felting needle to compact the hair into dread. Much quicker than backcombing or the crochet needle method.
Here is what the final dreads look like on the wig.
